India leading digital finance company Paytm launch a flexible EMI option for their postpaid user. now user can convert their monthly expansion into monthly installment (EMI) options.
The users can avail of Paytm buy now and pay later facility for a wide range of products and services at more than 5 lakh plus shops and websites.
According to Paytm, the flexible EMI service will add a new level of flexibility to the users’ shopping experience and is available in different categories.
These features will enable the postpaid users to convert their total spend into customized EMI, at a very nominal interest rate. The users will be provided a single bill every month to track their spending. Then, they have the option to convert the Postpaid bill into flexible EMIs within the first seven days of the bill being generated. then the user easily pays the charge through net-banking, upi, credit/debit card.
Postpaid is available in three different slabs of credit limit, namely Lite, Delite and Elite. Postpaid Lite comes with a limit of up to Rs. 20,000, and is the variant designed for users without a credit score to avail the convenience & benefits of instant credit. Delite and Elite offer credit limits up to Rs. 1,00,000 in monthly spends with no additional convenience charges.
Postpaid offers a credit limit of up to ₹1 lakh, which can be increased with timely repayments. It is offered in partnership with two leading NBFCs with an instant credit line for various payments to Paytm app users.
From daily purchases from neighborhood Kirana stores to high-value shopping at popular retail destinations, Postpaid services can be accessed across a large cross-section of the retail space.
Paytm is also in the process of integrating the postpaid service with Paytm’s Android POS devices. This service is already available for recharges and bill payments on Paytm and online payments on Internet apps.
